SANAA Exhibition, Kerry Packer Civic Gallery - University of South Australia

The Kerry Packer Civic Gallery at The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre - University of South Australia, hosted Sanaa Exhibition, Monday 5 February - Friday 23 March 2018. The work of 14 East and West African street and visual artists was exhibited, including that of the six visiting international artists. Visiting Kenyan street artist Swift9, who painted a mural of Nelson Mandela in the gallery in 2017, again painted a mural direct onto the gallery wall. Sanaa Exhibition 2018 saw a total of 3316 patrons visit the gallery over the six week period. 

The artists participated in an artist talk Wednesday 7 March, with His Excellency The Honourable Hieu Van Le - Governor of South Australia, officially launching the Exhibition the same evening.
